(From the Announcement, but I like that board to be clean.)
This very intentionally does not work nearly as well as the Legacy Space Between Heartbeats. Major differences:
1) It will not happen nearly as often. 2) The attacks are normal melee, and can be blocked. 3) Fewer things will trigger a check for this. 4) It only works at all if your Wisdom is reasonably high. Not many things lower Wisdom, but one or two of those that do will probably eliminate this while active.
If you take the Legacy, it overrides this, as it's so much better.

Can I ask what the min wis is for this to work? It feels as if you may be saying you need to be near your racial max wis as much as you are saying your wis needs to be at least x (where x is 23, say).
Also, is this abusable? If a sword spec starts spamming gear manipulation are they going to benefit from extra ripostes? Or will the success rate make this suboptimal for all practical purposes?

55825, I'm that much more likely now to roll up that wis-spec human warrior that I was thinking up!
