I think it might be fun to see how many PC elves/wood-elves an orc killed on their PBF sheet. I think it'd also be cool if they got some sort of in game bonus for killing lots of elves. Maybe something similar to unholy weapon charges or maybe just access to better items from orc shoppies in the village.

If it tabulated kills by race the way it does for class that would be (more or less) interesting for everybody and cover the elf-killing question you raise for orcs.
