Has consideration been given to evil npcs having a hostile reaction when beseeched by a blind plagued weakened deaf and bleeding character that's seriously wounded?
Otherwise it feels like a downgrade to evil maladicters because good aligns have a fair chance of randomly walking until a friendly mob helps out.
