So. I like the daytime/sunray, nighttime/moonbeam thing. Adds color. Was it intended to nerf druids so they can't "faerie fire" during the day, though?
And moonbeam seems rediculously weak compared to even fire seeds for damage. So now they have to wake their pray with low damage to "farie fire" them?
The weather influence seems like a serious cripple. Even controlling the weather better, an average of 10 times every 10 ticks, it's still rainy or worse 90% of the time. I can get it cloudless, and it will promptly start storming again. To go from storming to cloudless is about 20 control weathers. Can soemone take a look at this? And/or remove the dependancy?
After 20+ control weathers it stays cloudless for about 2 ticks, and then promptly starts storming again. Ugh.

It was intended to weaken druids, though it (with other changes) was primarily aimed at Sunray, which used to be a fairly dominant druid tactic. Also, druids have a number of ways to counter concealment tactics during the day, Faerie Fog being the most direct.
So now they have to wake their pray with low damage to "farie fire" them?
Conversely, if you have to force them visible at night with Moonbeam, you get free damage. I'd call that a wash.
