Just had a couple questions about a felar warrior spec/legacy combo. I asked this on the other site, but was just curious if any imms with code knowledge had any input.

With Balance of the Sisters, can a felar warrior use hand to hand (with the off hand) skills when a) wielding a one handed weapon, b) when wielding a two handed weapons?

Maybe Neither?

all of the H2H skills (apart from the parry from ironhands) require you have both hands free
