Any more info we can get about this skill?

I thought it was wearing light armor = more damage.

However, someone remarked to me that they thought it was more like a precise aim skill.

Is it damage or accuracy?

Does it mean wearing "light armor use" equipment, or is it based on weight? Does carry weight matter if based on weight?

It's based on weight, and only the weight of what you are wearing.

This skill basically reduces your opponents ability to parry or dodge your attacks. It only works in the wilderness or against animal forms.
