51384, Mute flaw.

Can someone with the mute flaw still become a village app or a bloodoath? If so how does the mute donate to his sect after becoming a full member of the empire?

I always wanted to do this flaw with a bard but didn't feel masochistic enough.
51427, Bards probably cannot take it.

51391, There's no speech involved in donations

About the bloodoath/tahren I'm not sure - but minos seem to be able to do it. Maybe you just have to input the correct command? IDK. Someone figure out what minospeak is for "My heart, my soul, my life for the Empire." and say that exactly as a human and see if it works?
51395, You need to answer a question to get into your sect hall.

51400, There have been plenty of minotaurs in empire

I think how it comes out in speech for minotaurs, and how it is understood by those specific npcs or circumstances, may vary and accomodations may have been made for minotaurs so that they could take those oaths, and enter those sect halls. There are certain things that the minotaurs fail at though, though sometimes you can circumvent them.

As for a mute, well, I'm not entirely sure that they can manage the same things, you might need Imm involvement for it.

I know I had a mute in the Battle cabal.
He was never an applicant though. I ended up doing a direct induction after a while for him to get him in because we could not figure out any other way to get him to applicant.

And there is no rule that says you can only induct pledges, so it really only presents as a problem for the empire where speech is required.
