Could it be possible to extend the time between a role contest is announced and when it is possible to enter into? I imagine there are folks out there like me that can't log in every day and may have missed out on the chance to enter from when the note was posted Sunday evening to Tuesday evening when the entry period was closed.

To be perfectly honest, I actually debated giving it a week, but that's sort of the "default" timeframe, and as a first timer I went with that.

I think it comes down to a question of giving people an appropriate time to enter, and keeping a manageable size. Even in just two days, there's over thirty entries. Personally, if I do one again I'll probably give it a few extra days, knowing the involvement, but it is ultimately up to each Immortal running it.

In hindsight, I also think it probably would have been an easy addition to make certain a post about the role contest makes its way to Facebook, and I'll try to make certain that happens in the future.

I did have one person note to me asking about a late entry, and I need to respond to them yet and will do so shortly.
