It's possible there are a few suggestions/discussions which have been hashed and rehashed and are not worth time simply repeating ad infinitum, in the absence of new information.
I'm starting this thread to ask players/staff to come up with a faq questions and answers that are common and repeated often enough. We can collate the best ones and hopefully mods will agree to sticky that. It'd be nice to say "FAQ11" instead of talking about the same things. Should a person has something new to say about the topic, that will comprise a starting point.
At the worst, even if imms are not for doing this, I have a suspicion that doing so will be briefly worthwhile and/or entertaining.

For instance, regarding deathblow, I think the biggest change that made deathblow that much more dangerous was when haste was largely removed from the game. Shapeshifters, too, benefited from the haste change perhaps more than they did from the shapeshifter recoding. Edges, even when working as intended, sometimes have unforeseen consequences.
Putting up an "Ancient Gripes FAQ" would be a tempting crutch used to dismiss what could be legitimate problems. Lashes of the slave, quest forms, certain-death wearable items: all of these may have slid under the radar for far longer if someone could have blown them off with a call to FAQ11 rather than discussing them.
