Are edges supposed to be broken down by category? Mine are all lumped together.

No, all of yours are generic edges. There is nothing there that is specifically a racial edge or a class edge. Both Cursebringer and Sightbinder are available to multiple classes.

Repulsive is a flaw and human edge, farmer is racial? To a lesser note it doesn't show how many times they were chosen but I wasn't really concerned too much, just curious.

Flaws are stil considered edges though.
Farmer is available to halfies as well, not just humans.
