Kosher to kill someone out of range this way, or not? Seems abusive to me, but an official call would be appreciated since my opinion isn't necessarily reflective of the staff opinion.

I would assume it is because ofd the characters involved, since the thief just deleted and wasn't that long lived so it seems like it was pretty recent.

I'd say the char was less than a month total from creation to deletion, so that means it had to have been within the last 4 weeks or so.

Is if it's kosher to use 'suggest' on someone out of PK range affected by mind control poison.
Because if you were trying the same trick you'd realize what a collossal inconvenience they made it to obtain that silver flask now.
Further, there is a saves versus mental compontent to suggest (*mind* control poison) so he was just taking advantage of a low int/wis.
The thief just wasted that flask on 1.5k gold when he could have gotten with the same trick not posted to the log board on far more skilled players.
