Can some IMM please post that you can't get your sleek rods as a ghost?

You can "get" a sleek rod (even your own) as a ghost. But the prog to load a sleek into the container/onto the mob that is yours will not fire if you are currently a ghost.

So if, for instance, you knew you had a sleek in the Ultra Hard To Live For A Round While Fighting This Mob room in a container, and you walked in and died in a round fighting the mob in the room, you could walk back and get all corpse, get sleek container. But only because it had already loaded while you weren't a ghost, and nobody else picked it up.

Rogue was making it out that he could just go into an area as a ghost and grab his sleeks (since he said he did it multiple times...so unless he was spam-killing himself to make it easier to grab them, he's full of crap).

The first sleek I ever found was due to what you are talking about. Teleported into angry bad mob who smoked me. Luckily my groupmate told me where it was (I told him the mob and roomname when I died) and when I went back I was like 'Hmmm, there's a sleek black in this container in the room'.

Groupmate then told me that was where my black would always be, and away I went. I owe that dude (though I can't for the life of me remember who it was, was playing a SCION Offense/Air at the time).

Let's say that I fight a hard mob while not a ghost and that mob has my sleek. The mob kills me, I return and manage to kill the mob as a ghost. Do I get my sleek in that situation?

Below is what Rogue claimed in Dio's, bug or by design?

I'm telling you, I could/can walk into an area, look in container, grab sienna.

I could/can go into area, kill mob (not a hard to kill mob) and amber would drop.

You don't. I just double-checked the code on this to be 100% sure.

Edit: Now, what could work in roughly that situation is if the mob doesn't have the wand, but has the key to a locked container with the wand. In that case the wand would have loaded when you first walked in as a non-ghost.
