40963, Communers and summon - no echo?

When communers are praying their communes, usually there are echoes. But when they summon, there is no echo. Often, people (me including) are thinking: wtf is he doing? Why he is standing on place in the middle of PK situation? Is he linkdead?
Perhaps it would be good to add an echo (any echo)?

They've been gradually adding emotes over the years to communer supps.
