Okay, as a band geek and a drummer, I listen to music constantly. And when I'm not listening I have a tune in my head or I'm making music.

So. I'm listening to Simon and Milo while I'm playing CF... and I think. Hmm. I wonder what other players listen to.

So. I thought I'd ask. What do you listen to when you play CF?

i listen to radiohead, the knife, sigúr ros, bright eyes, belle and sebastian, bob marley, bob dylan, joy division, new order, clash, looptroop, soutndtrack of our lives, rocky dennis... well lots and lots of different ####.

Stevie Nicks, Jimmy Buffet, Claption, Santana, Sheryl Crow, Tracy Champan, Sublime, Nickleback, RHCP. Yeah. Good times.

I like to kick things off with something that grooves, yet is a bit
too fast-paced to belong in my "mellow music" folder. Classic rock
usually fits the bill, such as The Doors, CCR, Hendrix, and Johnny
Cash. Then I'll kick it up a notch with Zeppelin, George Thorogood,
and something like Alice in Chains, STP, Primus and even some choice
Weezer tracks.

Now when some Scion says something stupid over the cb, I use an alias
which triggers a new set of MP3's, which include songs from Slayer,
Nothingface, Disturbed, Fear Factory, Sepultura, and NIN. It puts me
in the proper mood for yelling at someone. If the music isn't enough
I can down a few shots of JD. The resulting belligerence and racing,
metal-induced adrenaline is enough to put me in full Mek-mode. So if
I start typing lkie tihs adn yuo aer aournd, yuo bteetr fkcunig rnu.

I go to two extremes. I'll listen to Counting Crows or Train - or I'll listen to some old school Tupac (like when he was with digital underground)and some of the newer thug tracks.

Anything heavy, usually. When I was playing Kackrik my musical lineup usually consisted of Dry Kill Logic, Nothingface (great band), 3rd strike, Rage and S Y X. With Ajoal it was sort of different, more chilling music so I didn't get frustrated with how much I sucked. I guess it depends on the character I play, but I prefer heavy music above all. Rock on.

I'd like to know what Zulgh listens to. I could see him liking Morbid Angel, Obituary etc.

I usually have streaming music going. Either clasical or House from www.di.fm.
