When you lore/identify the super not-so-secret secret Outlander stuff it says how upon death they will crumble. Yet they crumble anyways even if you don't die after some time. Is this supposed to happen or is this something I should post to the Bug Board.

Asked the same question before. There are certain choices you make as any char that will effect these. Certain outlander-y behaviors will help.
