I've been told in game it gives the benefit of haste for number of attacks, landing attack, but no bonus to dodge. Is this close to what is does, or is it just a +dex modifier?
I know some of the old haste preps were turned into this so am assuming it is definitely weaker than haste, but not quite sure where stacks up compared to metabolic quickenening, haste, and enhanced reactions.
If a warrior uses quicken, does it nullify enhanced reactions?

Pretty sure it's just +DEX.
