Are transplendant archons meant to not be able to sanctify no_recall rooms anymore? It's been maybe 2 years since I last played one high enough to conjure transplendant archons and back then they would sanctify.
May I also know the reason for this change if it was intended and not just a bug?

I think for angels its killing necros and antipaladins.
How about Archons, besides being orderly?

38947, As long as you're fighting evil angels/archons stay happy. Otherwise they don't really turn on Good characters. Only neut and evil. nt

They can turn on evils even while fighting evil.

There is more required than just "no_recall rooms", and yes they can still do it.

Then are their certain cursed rooms that they cannot sanctify? Like the Underdark or Area Explores? I was in Organia and couldn't word out even though I had a transplendant bound to me.

Because I know for a fact that when I last played a conjurer with a transplendant archon it would sanctify the mausoleum and piss off the hell hounds there.

Or perhaps a design oversight that has now been fixed. If you get stuck in a no_exit, no_recall room, the archon WILL sanctify it. If there are exits, it will not. To test this, go to the Jade mountains and get yourself stuck in one of the no_exit rooms there, then wait. Your archon will sanctify.
