I have played two savages in the past and I am just curious as to the purpose of them gaining mace? Virtually all of the skills that a savage can perform for combat other than savage blow are useless with a mace in hand. Has there been any thoughts on maybe adding them a mace skill to make it feel a bit more useful? Perhaps maybe even allowing savages to serpent strike with a mace?

Maces are otherwise something of an Achilles' heal for rangers.
