Perhaps an echo when a character hits level 51 saying they now have access to the "eq freeze" feature.
Trivial, but probably low hanging fruit.

Maybe make the echo say something referencing "help hero."
Not sure if eq freeze is part of that helpfile or not, as I just read in another thread about help hero. Didn't know it existed and have no hero to check it out currently heh.
Basically, two things I never knew about or heard referenced until recently.
