36216, Two unrelated questions

1) From help punt:

With vicious precision, an adapted shig-ru can deliver this particularly devastating kick. When a punt is employed against a target significantly smaller than the orc, the force of the blow will send them reeling through the air, leaving the hapless victim dazed and alone.

What does the highlighted line mean? I haven't noticed anything indicating it is happening, but perhaps there isn't an echo. Of course, I don't know if it just isn't happening either, since there isn't an echo. It suggests (to me) that 2 sizes difference and some sort of lag can happen, but I wanted to check.

2) Moon phases:

Is it by design, or just by accident that these seem to happen predictably at the same times of day every day? There seems to be some decrease in playing during the full moon and it seems to reliably happen at the same time every evening. I feel as though a somewhat more unpredictable (by real time of day) moon phase schedule might be more beneficial.
36226, i have wondered about the moon cycle too.

i am too lazy/stupid to figure it out on my own. How long do the phases last, etc. I think it would be better if the moon phases changes happened quicker and were less predictable to figure out when you are not logged in.
36225, I'd like to see the moon cycle shift day to day too.

If each moon phase lasted five more minutes, the moon cycle would shift by an hour every day. That way, druids and druid enemies that can only play at a certain time of day could eventually be in every moon phase. Empowering imms that have a playtime outside the full moon would also get to see more of their druid followers online too. It seems like a win for everyone to me. I hope something like this is considered.
