It's pronounced, Grip.

The last consonant in the word sounds like “Puh” not “Buh“.

Afaik, after 15 charges your iron grip should be undispelliable.
There are diffrent paladin dispels, which one are you talking about?
Light of heavens or divine assault (sp)?
