So I'm looking to play an empowerment class for the first time in a long time. Which of you imms are a good choice for a player who tends to play late night system time. I just don't want to go down a path where I'm on the opposite end of the clock of my empowering god. I've looked at the wizlist, but it seems as if some of the gods that say they're active might as well be dormant with the amount of hours that they're actually free. Thanks.

Generally I think I'm a decent pick for this, but my time is hard to come by just now.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm fairly limited by work/moving/settling,
but I still want to keep my religions out there for people who are interested.
I can't really make a lot of time for cabal business, but usually I'm able to
handle watching out for one or two active mortals that might want my time,
as long as they let me know first.

I don't think anybody's going to pimp themselves out to you. The whole point of the empowerment system is to create an environment in which one's character must be faithful and dedicated in order to be rewarded. If that means sticking it out even though your Imm doesn't play very much, so much the better. A better approach would be to simply pick a religion you want to play whose wizlist times seem to match yours. If they're semi-dormant, tough it out, and use the established venues (note and email) sparingly to make sure you're not being forgotten.

It is always a better reward if you really pushed, and worked to achieve
that long sought empowerment. Also consider at low ranks many different
lords may see you and bump your empowerment but only your lord will usually
give you the best and most deserving rewards due to your diligence.

I've had plenty of empowerment characters in the past. Also, plenty of heavily rewarded empowerment characters. What I'm simply trying to do is avoid having an imm that has the opposite schedule as me. I've done it in the past and was woefully disappointed, not with the imm, just in the general experience. I don't want to have to log in to get empowered at a time that I don't play and then never see the imm again because of the fact they sleep when I play. I don't think that's an unrealistic prerequisite before I start down a path.

That's why in my original post I asked about late night game time hours. The imms who put in their actual play times, that's great. But when someone puts in "weeknights", I think that's a bit nebulous. For example, I'm usually logging on after 9pm PST. If an imms idea of weeknight for them is until midnight EST them I'm S.O.L.


Edited to add: I guess I'm just a little hesitant at this time to play a communer, because I never see communer classes during the times that I play, and I'm wondering if it's pretty much a lost cause at this point if no imms are available during really off hours.
