I noticed vampires were taken off the undead helpfile. Is this ever possible through RP or are they just completely off the table now?

There isn't code to support it and I don't think it's on anyone's to-do list.

...I've wanted to play a Vampire character.
Then again, I suck so bad at necromancers that it will never happen. ;)
So I guess it doesn't really matter. :P
