Would it be possible to lower the rounds that dirt kick is needed to cool down, from 2 to 1? I find it odd that warriors have the longest lagging blinding skill in the game, when all they are doing is merely kicking dirt..

Dirt kick has other advantages which make it worthwhile to keep a 2-round lag for balance reasons. The main one that comes to my mind is that dirt kick cannot be cured, so you must wait out the tick. That's alot of time to lose one or both weapons when that warrior-type disarms you.
