I think there should be an edge called heavy-hoofed to compliment sharp-horned. It would be a fairly cheap edge that just gives a moderate damage boost to kick. Slightly useful for shamans.

Minotaurs already get boosted kick damage as I recall. I'm not necessarily against more of that but it's not something I find that interesting either.

And I never noticed it and i've had probably 15 of them.

Not sure but I thought it was mentioned when minotaurs were introduced.

And I've never had one.

Do you recreate a minotaur every time your delete your old mino?

Do they get a bonus to Charge? Charge seems very Minotaur-esque to me. Does Outcry of Steel help Charge in any way?

And finally, does practicing Kick help Cross at all?

I would've with my recent mino shaman. For exploring or beating up outer guardians kick can be useful as a shaman. It takes no mana and does non-negligible damage. Especially pre-demonfire it's useful for low-mana shaman vs NPCs, imho. Yes, it would have to be pretty cheap to be worthwhile, but if it was say, strong back or deep pockets level cheap? Sure.
