Are they based in part on the difference in levels between the loser and victor?
Do Merc's cause you to have lower gain's for edge points in pK? Conversly do you get more edge points for killing someone with mercs/zombie and servants?
Do you get the same amount of edge points for killing a healthy foe vs a foe who was half-dead?

No.

No, and no.

Yes.
And in all these cases, by 'points' I would mean 'small fractions of a point, with the cheapest edges costing several.'
