Nope. Your wand locations don't change, meaning you might end up with one as a bloodoathed previously non-orderly mage that an orderly mage normally wouldn't get. If this turns out to be inconvienient, tough. :)

The only penalty will be that you'll be an imperial. Your ethos will be changed to orderly with no obvious effects, even if you were chaotic.
