if I see blood, am I going to throw up and have the same effect of disrupt organ when you throw up and it really hurts you badly?
With Repulsive am I just going to be bad at leading a group? Or, does that flaw only really affect bards, and conjurers?

It lowers your maximum charisma. Take from that what you will.
