Does it completely negates duergar's vuln to wrath/divine?
And generally how duergar will be with this legacy?

I don't think so.

Indirectly; one of its functions is that you take less holy/unholy damage. But a human warrior with Forsaken will still take less holy damage than a duergar warrior with Forsaken takes.
