Not sure if this was ever asked or answered, but say I roll the bones and get a form I STILL don't want. Could I never use it and roll the bones again WITH immortal help (as I realize this is not possible through normal means)? Or is it hard-coded that you can only do it once?

You can only do it once. If you had immortal help, you may as well be just getting a form assigned/rewarded.
