Does it only help active abilities like lash pugil and batter, or does it help parry, dodge and hit? If the former, you might rename it to like... battlemage techniques.

How many times must this one be fielded? Just spell it out in the helpfile.

I didn't even realize the helpfile for that one was so vague. The very first batch of edge helpfiles wasn't as useful.
