You only wield one weapon (dagger) and hands/claws are the offhand. can this build be done successfully? Does being successful differ if you plan on becoming a maran or if you take the evil route of Imperial?

Or, do you think that felar with spear/staff is just to good to even try a felar with daggers?

Given all dagger skills only require one dagger to use, the only thing you're missing out on is the slightly better concealed you could get by dual wielding daggers. Many non-felar dagger specs already use dagger/axe, dagger/mace, or dagger/shield anyways, and your claw attacks are decently powerful enough.

Stat-wise, you've got good dex to land the skills, good con for hp when you miss, the str makes stab/underhand damage a bit less, but I don't think it's too bad all around.
