the cabal is like a member smaller than nexus. And more or less 6 members short of almost all other cabals.

I dared Mergulla to uninduct a particular Scion to make room for someone useful. Which one I leave as an exercise to the reader. :)

11 adventurers, 11 nightwalkers, Kep, 2 servitors, 1000s of Druk'trar, souls of dead people. Have I missed anything?
Being serious a moment, now is not the time to draw a comparison because Nexus have only recently had a leader appointed. So nexus membership is likely to rise in the short term.
Also Empire has multiple healers (I think), plus a lich, each of which are worth several members when it comes to overall cabal wars.
To put this in context, the 3 of scion's enemy cabals outnumber scion by more than 2 to 1, until you allow for playing time, and I'm not sure which way that goes at the moment.
That said, scion powers are damn nice, so they don't need as many people.

Fortress = dif of 13
Outlander = dif of 12
Battle = dif of 8
Empire = dif of 17
Nexus = dif of 2
Tribunal = dif of 9
That is an average of 10.167. I mean this in the most fun spirited way, but perhaps you should worry about your math skills and I'll worry about Scion.
