I don't have a question; I just wanted to make a statement.

In all of my years of playing CF, I've typically stuck to the few classes and character styles I'm comfortable with. Recently, I tried something new and now have a familiar - one that flies as well!
I've never tried the conjurer class... and I've never used a class or skill that included flight in it's set of skills. Very cool, very nice!

I just wanted to say thanks to the Imms (and players) who still make this possible. I know a lot of you have played longer than I have and have accomplished more in the game - that still doesn't change the feeling you get when you experience something new in-game. It's a great feeling and I hope I never end up becoming jaded with the game. For all of you who are, try something new. If you've tried it all, do something new. Be the naked gnome, be the traitorous paladin.... forget "winning" and "looting", and just give "fun" a chance.

Great job, and thanks.

Give fun a chance. The best attitude of any CF player. Of course, we all define fun differently, but if a notorious bad ass can play a bard that never kills and seem to enjoy it, that speaks highly that there is always more to the game than just pking and we should all keep in mind we're all here for fun, our own first of course, but hopefully to add a little bit to everyone else's as well.

Lots of my fondest memories in CF involve me getting killed, betrayed, looted, lured into walking into Tiamat before I knew what tiamat was... whatever, because there was great players behind the character doing it to me in a manner that made the experience fun. I find the best characters to interact with are the ones who enjoy interacting in any situation, not ones who flyto;murder;loot corpse;fly away without a word.

I tried the whole Naked Gnome thing once.. Got him (wearing a soiled loin cloth?) wanted a couple of times at level one, and tried to only speak with rhyme.. Was definitely fun
