There are a couple of items in the game that *look* like they should help bow users and I was wondering what exactly they were supposed to do.

Quiver of razor sharp arrows. I suspected that this was supposed to perhaps increase damage from bows but I could never actually discern that it did (asked another Hunter and they said the same)

Bracers of Archery. This actually gives you an echo but was never sure that it actually had an impact on any of the archery skills.

I know that in the old days before the ranger class split that these actually did seem to help bows (as exotics) wielders but if it still does, that evil RNG made it difficult to tell.

So my question, if it's okay to ask, is do these things in fact aid bow wielders to any significant degree or is just a style thing?

As far as I know this item only is what it appears to lore/identify.

This item makes what I would call a significant difference in damage.
