I moved to w/i 6 miles of Deathweaver a year ago and the site was banned but the Imms removed it. Now I live less than a quarter mile away from Kanye again and am running into the ban here.

I have "Premium" DSL. It's pretty much equivalent to "default" Cable. Both price and performance. I could get more bandwidth with a better-than-default Cable plan, but it would also cost more.
