A) Is there a penalty on spec skill success when using BOS, and you are using skills from your offhand?
II) I heard a rumor that if the weapons are not of equal weight you are at some disadvantage. Do they function normally if they are equal weight?
4) What might a good compliment be, other than Hour past Midnight to BOS on a dagger/mace.
Thanks all!

A) From helpfile:
"could fight equally well with either hand"
II) Uh, I'm pretty sure this isn't true.
4) Think of it yourself? Balance works pretty good with dagger mace already, you get concealed with daggers and can still boneshatter/cranial with your offhand. There are a bunch of other legacies which could help in obvious and not so obvious ways. If you're going dagger/mace, I assume you're int/dex, which means you could benefit from more hp from soul of the mountain to prolong your fight, or more straight damroll from chilling to end it before he's ready. You could also use striking if you are int/dex, the bonuses are pretty apparent (though I think people overestimate them). Maelstrom and Enigma are pretty solid picks no matter what kind of character you are. Etc etc etc
