21302, cabalwars command

So, someone pointed out on Dio's that the numbers this command reports aren't especially useful if many of a cabal's members aren't logging on very much.
Could we maybe have a metric like, "total game hours logged by members of this cabal in the last {unit time}"? Where the unit is probably "day" or "week"?
Or, is that what the "influence" percentage is supposed to represent?

Syntax: cabalwars
This will show the current membership numbers of the various cabals throughout Thera. It will also show you their current influence in the Realm based on how often they hold their item of Power. It will also show how many times each cabal has taken another cabals item of Power. Influence and Items Taken is tracked weekly, and is reset every Sunday.
In the ITEMS TAKEN section, each row is how many times that cabal has taken another cabals item. Each column is how many times that cabal has lost their item.

So the current "influence" number doesn't exactly fit the bill, but sort of approximates what I was trying to get at. I was trying to design a measure by which a character could discover how "full" each of the cabals are. Just using "# members" doesn't work, since many of them may be dormant or not play very often.

I always thought the "Influence" percentage was the % of game time you had your cabal's item for that week. As in, when it resets (Midnight sunday?) and you do not have your item, your influence would start out at 0%. I could be wrong though.
I do agree that straight out numbers is miss leading, but it is better than it was before, when we had nothing. :) I'm not sure of an easy way to change it though to make it seem even better.
