If you hit "practice disarm" and you don't have the skill yet but it shows up in your skill list, return something akin to the information available in the skill list. Especially if you are in a room where there is no guildmaster/practice mob.
e.g.
p disarm
Level 11: Disarm N/A
instead of the current
p disarm
You know no such skill.
FTR: I'm not playing an AP at the moment. Just happened to be the first skill I grabbed at the unofficial site's skill list page.
