Is it possible to nerve strike someone to death with an assassin?

No, unless you have an edge that makes your nerves do damage.

no reason to pick exploit vitals then. Glad I asked first. I thought I had a good way to get rid of healers.

Healers die so rarely that most of them would be stacked with enough prog gear to kill you before their con gets that low. you would need an invoker spamming iceneedles at the same time...

In general not only is it not practical, but it's probably pretty cheap especially for people who go out of their way to be pretty hard to kill otherwise.

Just use freaking assassinate like you're supposed to if you're thinking of going that far.

It's not that I'm asking for a change, I was just sure than assassin nerve stikes had a -CON effect, and i was curious as to whether or not you could actually kill off somebody with it. Basically I was trying to see if exploit vitals was worth taking as an edge, which I've now decided it isn't.

As far as it being chep... there's 4 different nerve strikes to getting enough of the -CON effect to kill someone would probably take a while, ala, in a fight against a healer.

i believe so, i remember nerving a necromancer along time ago. and it was about level 22 for him. and he died and well was gone. no delete after that
