Coming next crash/reboot: PK ranges are no longer a factor in Arena battles. You want to challenge a hero as a level 30? Go right ahead!

I can see many heated arguements that boil down to "if you were in my pk range id kick your ass" settled this way. I'd be more than willing to fight people a few levels over my range many times.

I like.

Now, if only I didn't feel like the Arena was a mystery and would just end up getteing me killed someone before I learned how to use it...

This is very true. I looted a hero warrior's corpse at level 33 and he wouldn't let me hear the end of it. coward this you didn't earn it that you don't deserve it blah blah blah blah. So I decided to fight him in the arena so he could at least stop complaining. BOy did I kick his ass... well that was the end of all that lol

I like the arena. I think it's one of the coolest things to be implemented in a while.

It would be awesome if, since you can't lose armor/weapons, you couldn't lose other things you use, like wands or poison ingredients - these would all be reset after the match. Particularly with thieves, to compete, you gotta use up some things you maybe worked hard to get, and then they are gone after the match - but everything you stole is right back with your foe :(

If you do this everyone will be prepped to the teeth for every arena fight.

I like the fact that some classes are disadvantaged in a fight purely for their reputation. You have to think about whether you want to use your preps or not, or if you can easily get them back again. There's plenty of #### thieves absolutely cannot solo at hero for instance, that would otherwise make nice preps or offensive options if they were more accessible, especially for this arena where it would make some fights ridiculously easy even against foes they are disadvantaged against.

Also I'm really not in the mood to see 75% of fights between arena fighters be grazes.

The only preps you could use were class or race based. In other words, if your class/race or your team members class/race can not give you protection from good, then you can't use it. Classes are balanced, no? Not like you lose anything (except pride) from losing anyway.

Imms challenge the mortals! What I am basically saying is this. I know that fighting us in our immortal form is really not a fair fight, but, if I see a bunch of one cabal on, step into something ultra nasty and have that nasty mob challenge just those mortals. As it is right now, when I attack Galadon with a devil, demon, etc., I basically have the entire hero base who is online just taking it to me. Limit the numbers in the arena and increase the rewards for something like this:

Evil immortal calls upon the Arch-Devil Baal to fight in his place in a challenge to:
Maran Paladin Gropeshimself
Maran Invoker Watchesgroper
Maran Assassin Fightslikeblind
Acolyte Healer Diesalot
Acolyte Bard Singsoverthedead

I already know the answer to this. Maybe someday.

P.S. Are any imms interested in creation copy of thier past characters just for area(competition, something like "meet with heroes of past")? Might be really funny to fight hunsobo, cabdru and so on ;)

I know only some of us go to Church on Sunday's, but you guys kill me with a dilemma. It was always the Rites being held at like noon EST or CST. Why not push these back to more like oh...2 CST. Please?
