20435, question about overt malice edge. txt
Posted by Isildur on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
OVERT MALICE Assassins with this edge who stand proudly in the open (foregoing any subterfuge or stealth) enjoy increased damage to the various kicks taught by their society.
Isn't an assassin *always* "in the open" when using kicks, since he's in combat? Or does choosing this edge make it so the assassin can no longer sneak/hide?

20436, IIRC, this has to do with stalks...

i.e. if you have a zero stalk counter (on anyone, not just the guy you are fighting), your kicks do a bit more damage.
I could be completely wrong, but I believe that was the general purpose of the edge, was for non-sneaky-stalker-types of assassins who want to just run up and smack some guy.
