20296, Eye of the butcher
Posted by Adrigon on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
'EYE OF THE BUTCHER' Clever anti-paladins with knowledge of anatomy often learn this edge, which allows them some chance to leave grevious bleeding wounds in their foes, should they survive their attempts to cleave them in twain.
SEE ALSO: CLEAVE, EDGES
I know this (obviously) doesn't work for fire giants, but does it work for duergar? They have one more intelligence but I doubt that would meet the requirement of being clever... Still if it would that would be very cool. Anyone know?

If I had to guess, I'd say it's almost certainly off limits for fire giants, duergar and felar, definitely choosable by arials and drow, and "maybe" choosable by humans and half-elves.

If I had to guess (and I do, because I don't remember what I picked), that sounds like about what I'd come up with.

20345, Think this might be another case...

...where it'd be nice for the dumb races. With dexterity changes, intelligence = spell power, and now all these edges exclusions like no_drop unholies and more, the dumb races are the underdogs ;)
What's wrong with making this universal to cleave users?
