Do certain of the whip/flail spec skills favor whips over flails, or vice versa, other sting and bludgeon?
Are any of the whip/flail spec skills significantly affected by the whip/flail user's dexterity (or lack thereof)?
The bludgeon help file, for instance, gives a pretty clear indication that bludgeon's effectiveness is based on strength. None of the others specifically point out dexterity, but some serial whip/flail players swear it's a factor. Was hoping to get an official answer.

Not as far as I know.

Pretty sure strip and eyejab both are.
