This being saved anywhere, and if not, any chance we could? It'd actually be kinda fun if people could end up being like "Arena Champions" and #### :)

Wins and losses are saved on pfiles and will be published with PBFs as soon as I talk to Zulg about it. Of course, there is a whole new level of potential quest or immteraction and rewards available with this addition.
