19000, Gameplay issue

Essentially when I logged on to read some helpfiles and determine what I might want to play I took notice of something that sparks a huge gameplay issue. Well at least to me. I'm sure anyone online recently will notice and/or have a clue of what I talk about.
Where is the level of 'fairness'. With my last character(i put a lot of effort and hours into the game) and comparable to another char with equal(or should I actually say less) hours I received a considerable less amount of 'immexp' or so fourth. While having something like that would have been boon I didnt really care all to much about that. What mattered was the reason I could not be promoted and 'lucky' to remain in the cabal as, essentially, my whole characters reward. I was given three simple straight out reasons why I could not be promoted.
1. I entered a guild (not on 'immediate' tribunal business) to judge/observe a younger drezen to see if he might be a dagger spec to watch for possible crimes.
2. A warrant issued problem where the communciation and reasoning given was flawed from the other magistrates complaint. Which was later said I handled PERFECTLY by the executioner. Yet it still was listed as one of my flaws.
and thirdly
3. I haste Dyrin/Smuerlk to fight a hasted mob(in regard to rp the transmuter was booning the captain and I merely gave me equal spells) and sat there while armonk waited to pincer any weak foe.
Ok, if you are going to be a hardass about the rules to the point that even with all my errors and work(how many criminals kills did I get?) I would never see anything about magistrate position because i 'should' have been thrown out. Well, where is the equal standard? I'm just boggled why you are so harsh on me but boon others so greatly. Log on the game and you might notice something.

I liked your character.
I didn't haveissues with your actions as a tribunal.
However, I don't think it is reasonable to argue about fairness on the basis of this character.
There will always ALWAYS be random variation in imm attention. Some characters will deserve a lot (imho, my paladin Persumal) and others won't. Yet what they get will not reflect the merit of the character, simply because what imms see and how they implement their subjective opinions will vary.
Play multiple characters, and it should, in general, even out.

I've been where you are, having characters that wrote very elaborate roles and that worked really hard to be noticed and/or accepted. Those characters sometimes got nothing in the way of rewards, if they weren't mocked in my pbf comments.
I've also had characters that really didn't even try as far as RP, and didn't have any clear goals that managed to get way more immteraction than they probably should have, including promotions and questy stuff I didn't really deserve. These are the kinds of characters that either got away with murder, or didn't get any negative attention when they did mess up the way that other characters might be punished for.
That's kind of like real life, where sometimes the RNG dictates your destiny. I'd recommend just trying to enjoy what you're playing and not doing it because you are trying to impress the imms with your RP/role/PK skills in the hopes of getting some sort or power or perk. They seem to notice most when you are just having fun with a character and lasting through the inevitable bad times that come along without losing your cool.

I'm sorry that you seem to think that three examples of 'this isn't really cool for a Tribunal character' are the sum of the character's mistakes, with respect to his cabal.
####, I don't think you've even got any of the things I thought were mistakes or dirty in that list. And, granted, getting some flags clear-cut wrong (for example! Still not an exhaustive list!) as a mistake is better than because you're dirty, but... it's still not the kind of thing that recommends you for promotion.
Not everyone is cut out for everything in the game. Having chops in one area in the game may not translate to excelling in another. That random mostly-clueless newbie in the cabal who can't PK as well as you, doesn't know half as much of the game's geography as you, can't achieve his goals through pressure on other players as well as you... might still just be a better Tribunal than you. In which case he might get promoted, and you might not. If you don't like that, maybe you should be better. :)
