It's got it's good and bad points, but right now, as an AP, if you die, people who don't full loot you still often grab all your weapons to figure out which one is the unholy to destroy. Flagging it as such would make it stand out. Of course, than it would stand out and people who can't take all of them know exactly which one to grab.

There were a few times as Kharghurln when I leeched my charges into a very nonassuming weapon (I could do this because the scourge of bone was, while limited, pretty much always in - so it wasn't an uber-limited progged weapon). There were a few reasons for doing so, not the least of which was so I could stuff it in a container if I needed to, or make it less likely someone would loot it from my corpse.

It was my experience that people who were going to return the Unholy wouldn't usually take any of your other weapons, whereas people that were going to take your Unholy would usually take all of your other weapons. I think making the Unholy stand out would result in more losses.

Obviously, I'm pro-AP...:P YMMV.
