Does this edge help second attack and parry and the like, or just pugil, lash, etc?

Just the latter kind of stuff, I think. Pretty positive 2nd attack isn't modified. I'm leaning towards no on parry but I can't really remember.

It felt like it helped parry, but not second attack. But these were just gut feelings and not number-crunchy before and after comparisons.
