Might be cool to have a kudos boardwith the same set-up as the bug board: people can say "X was really cool" or whatever, with some minority of private comments that don't get aired. Just thinking about the toll game admining takes on me without that sort of feedback.

I really think other non private discussions get a strong filter for the wrong sort of people, and it's possible they therefore don't return enough positive feedback to prevent admin erosion that could lead to burn-out. And frankly, this game is cool.

We actually get a decent amount of kudos via email, posts like this, random prays, in-game notes and the Battlefield. Plus, I tell other Imms that they're doing a "great job" when I see them; I'm sure that really makes their day! :P
