18292, Can First-Aid actually be improved ?

I'm a High-Int Race, and I use it constantly, while ranking, since I learned it and have not improved even once.

I can understand if it was intended to be a low-rise skill, but no-rise ? Please revisit the learning potential on this skill, and up it by maybe 1087% (or so)...

1) I did find a specific check that needed to be changed (failed splint), but otherwise it's certainly possible.

2) A number of players have it at a higher level, despite it not being a super-high-use skill. It's somewhat easier to improve for healers with Assess vs. not, since it can do more for them.

I assume that you can tell that the players with it at higher level didn't get it to higher level via imm exp or gains upon levelling up?
